About the Position
Solaron is seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Monitoring and Technical Service Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer technical inquiries in a timely manner, activating monitoring systems, providing technical information and consultation, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor photovoltaic (PV) systems and their performance.
- Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Maintain and manage work-related documentation and records.
- Activate and configure monitoring systems for solar installations.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Previous experience in the solar energy industry will be considered an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education; a technical background is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to effectively handle customer complaints and resolve disputes.
