Solaron is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Call Center Specialist who will ensure effective communication between the company and its customers.
The specialist will be responsible for timely responses to customer inquiries, providing necessary information, delivering appropriate consultations, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls of the company
- Respond to inquiries received through social media platforms
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate consultation
- Inform customers about new services, offers, and promotions
- Enter and update data in the CRM system
- Ensure high-quality and customer-oriented service
- Monitor industry developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality
- Perform other tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and good command of Russian and English
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly orient and solve problems
- Strong listening skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to effectively handle complaints and resolve conflicts
